33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Start with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Perform a bicep curl / elbow flexion.
- At the top of the movement turn your hands over, so your palm faces the floor.
- Return to the starting position.
From here you can either rotate the hand again and perform the original movement, or you can reverse the movement just performed.

This should be felt in the muscles of the forearm and bicep.
