I've now used In Balance Physio for recovery from three separate injuries - and the service, treatment and care have been excellent on every occasion. I initially saw Jim for a broken foot in 2017 and am currently seeing Laura for a shoulder injury. Both therapists are professional, responsive and engaged - genuinely interested in their patient's progress and recovery. The support staff are always helpful and the booking system is very easy. Once again, Jim helping me address a flare-up of a long-held injury. He is very thorough in his approach to assessing the issues and his treatment has seen me go from a crying wreck a week ago to being back in the pool and bouncing around. The exercises he has set are realistic and I am amazed that I am doing them as this is something I normally struggle with.
