33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- Place the loop of band over the effected shoulder pull diagonally across the body and now wrap behind the back and into the hand of the effected arm.
- Set your shoulder gently up and back into position, pulling in the opposite direction to the band.
- Now maintaining your scapula position, raise the arm forward and then lower.
- Repeat 3 x 10.
