72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Start on hands and knees in front of the chair with both hands on the pedals and the wooden bar removed
- Set your shoulders and engage core
- As you breathe in twist to the Right and reach your Right arm up toward the ceiling – keep pushing down through the Left hand to stabilise Left shoulder
- As you breathe out return your Right hand to the pedal and push it to the floor
- Repeat to the Left side
Alternate 20 times each side
