25. Mat Foam Roller Exs
- On all fours, align yourself in neutral.
- Place the back of one hand on the roller placed on the opposite side of the body.
- Roll the spine to the side one vertebra at a time, pushing the roller away from the body.
- Keep the spine long and tall, do not allow the bend or curl forward.
- Repeat and then change to the opposite side
