- Hold theraband tightly around back of shoulder blades as shown.
- Point hand out in front of you and keeping your shoulder blade in a neutral position, start moving your fist in small circles or write your name in the air, moving left, right and up and down through the air.
- Repeat for 1-2 mins, three times a day.
