72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Lay on your back on the chair as shown, so that your hands are on the pedal behind you and both legs stretched out in front.
- Maintain your low back in a neutral position and engage your core before curling up into a chest lift position. At the same time start to lift your legs up to create a V position with your body.
- Return to the start position, rolling down through your low back and extending your legs.
- Repeat.
