42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
- With band over hook or rail hold with both hands as high up as possible
- Sink hips back as if sitting on chair and breathe x 3-5
- Repeat 3-5 times
- Avoid arching lower back
- Can tilt/tuck pelvis whilst breathing
- Repeat with hand of shortened side of TSP curve higher up on the band
