33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- In standing, hold onto band/cable in the effected arm.
- Lean trunk forward and perform a swim stroke, pulling back on the cable/band.
- Take the arm through as much of an arc as you can without pain in the shoulder.
- You should be able to gradually perform a larger amplitude movement and need to use less and less force on the band to clear the pain.
