31. Functional LL Retraining
- Assume a mini squat position by folding through your hips and bending your knees.
- Hold onto a stick for support/balance.
- Maintaining a level pelvis and shift your weight to one leg.
- Slide the opposite foot forward, to the side, and back- maintaining your pelvis level, and keeping your knee in-line with your second toe.
- Repeat x 10 cycles on each side.
- Progress by lifting the foot and taping the toe rather than sliding the foot.
