21. Mat Stability Int/Adv
- Lying on your back with knees bent, engage your core before lifting legs one at a time to tabletop
- Squeeze the knees together
- Breathing out gently lower both legs over to one side – allowing the opposite hip to lift off the mat but keeping both shoulder blades flat on the mat
- Breathe in as you hold the position
- Breathe out as you slowly bring the pelvis back to neutral and return the legs to the midline; keeping knees firmly together.
- Repeat to the other side and continue alternating for 6-12 times
