60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back in a neutral position of the spine with your feet in the foot straps in table top position.
- Engage the core and ensuring that you maintain neutral, slowly push the legs out as straight as you are comfortable to go and without allowing your spine to come out of its neutral position.
- Return to table top and then repeat maintaining good alignment.
