60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back in a neutral position of the spine with your feet in the foot straps and your knees out straight.
- Engage the core and ensuring that you maintain neutral, slowly lower the legs as far as you are comfortable to without allowing the back to arch and then slowly raise as far as you are comfortable to without allowing the back to flatten.
- Repeat.
