60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back on the carriage with your head facing the springs, legs in tabletop and core engaged.
- Holding the straps, raise your arms up towards the ceiling as far as you can without allowing the lower rib to elevate or the low back to come out of neutral and then slowly lower.
- Repeat maintaining the neutral position of the spine.
