60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back in a neutral spine position with the balls of one foot on the bar and the other leg in table top position.
- Engage your core and push with the leg to slide the carriage back and then return to the start position without coming out of neutral. Now switch legs and push back with the opposite leg.
- Continue to alternate sides.
