60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back in a neutral position of the spine with your feet in the foot straps and your knees out straight.
- Engage the core and ensuring that you maintain neutral, slowly make cirles with the feet in opposite directions, lowering the legs as far as you are comfortable to and while maintaining the neutral position of the spine.
- Repeat.
