Supine Bridging
60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back in a neutral spine position with the balls of your feet on the bar.
- Engage your core and push with the legs to slide the carriage back slightly peel the spine up one segment at a time into a bridge position.
- Hold for 4 seconds and then roll the spine back down onto the carriage one segment at a time, without allowing the carriage to move. Repeat.
