Supine Arm Circles
60. Pilates Reformer Supine
- Lay on your back on the carriage with your legs in tabletop, and core engaged.
- Start holding the straps, with arms raised towards the ceiling. Make circles with the hands in opposite directions, bringing the hands out to the side and down without allowing the lower rib to elevate or the low back to come out of neutral and then return to the start position.
- Repeat maintaining the neutral position of the spine.
