31. Functional LL Retraining
- Assume a mini squat position by folding through your hips and bending your knees.
- Keep weight on heels.
- Maintaining a level pelvis, shift your weight to one leg.
- Slide the opposite foot forward, to the side, and then back- maintaining the position of your pelvis and keeping your knee in-line with your second toe.
- Repeat x 10 cycles on each side.
Progress by lifting the foot and taping the toe as far away from the body as you can control , rather than sliding the foot on the ground
