70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Stand on the seat of the chair, facing away from the pedals and place your hands onto the handles.
- Support your weight through the handles and place your feet on the pedal.
- Without allowing your shoulders to elevate, bend at the elbows, dropping into a triceps dip and then push up, returning to the start position.
- Repeat.
- PROGRESSION: As you return to the start position, arch back through the top of the back.
