70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Stand at the back of the chair in a neutral upright position with the arms out in front.
- Curl forward one segment at a time and lean forward to place the hands on the pedals.
- Continue to curl forward, depressing the pedals as far as you can control.
- Now slowly peel back up one segment at a time and return to the start position.
- Repeat.
