64. Pilates Reformer Standing
- Place your inside knee on the carriage and stand onto a bent knee on the outside leg. Rest your hands onto the foot bar and align your spine in neutral
- Push the carriage back with the inside leg, dropping your outside hip down into a comfortable stretch in the groin, while maintaining a neutral position of the spine
- Return to the start position and repeat before changing to the opposite side
