20. Mat Stability Basic
- Rest your head on a small towel or pillow to bring your neck into a neutral position.
- Keep the jaw muscles relaxed by allowing the lips to touch, teeth to be slightly apart and tongue on the roof of the mouth.
- Gently lengthen through the back of the neck to allow the chin to nod slightly.
- Do not tense the front neck muscles.
- Hold for 6-10 seconds up to 10 times.
