80. Pilates Spine Corrector
- Lay on your back and find your neutral spine and place both of your feet on top of the spine corrector as shown.
- Engage your core.
- Tilt your pelvis back and perform a bridge by peeling your spine off the floor one vertebrae at a time and hold at the top using your buttocks.
- Lower back down one segment at a time, finding your neutral at the bottom.
- Repeat.
