72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- With your pelvis supported on the chair, push both pedals down to start.
- Engage your core and keeping your elbows straight, allow one pedal to rise, twisting through the trunk.
- Try to keep the head and shoulder in the same position, twisting through the trunk without allowing the trunk to flex or extend.
- As you return to the start position, slowly allow the opposite arm to raise and rotate to the opposite direction.
- Repeat.
