03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- The goal of this exercise is to learn how to maintain the spine in corrected alignment as you perform an arm movement.
- Loop the theraband under the feet as shown.
- From the corrected sitting posture, engage the core or pelvic floor.
- Maintain this corrected spinal posture and gently lift the arms forwards and up.
- Return to the start position, and repeat 8-10 times.
