03. Posture & Basic Stability Functional
- The goal of this exercise is to learn how to maintain the spine in corrected alignment as you perform a leg movement.
- From the corrected sitting posture, engage the core or pelvic floor.
- Maintain this correct spinal posture and gently straighten the knee to where you can control, lengthening through the back of the leg. Return to the start position, and repeat 8-10 times, alternating side.
