31. Functional LL Retraining
- Attach exercise band to solid object such as a heavy table leg. attach other end to NON injured leg.
- Stand on injured leg facing band
- Swing leg attached to band forward and backward keeping your balance with out letting your knees wobble or your hips drop
- repeat 3 sets of 15 rep
- Stand on injured leg facing away from band
- Swing leg attached to band forward and backward keeping your balance with out letting your knees wobble or your hips drop
- repeat 3 sets of 15 rep
- To make the exercise more challenging add sideways swings of the leg
