- This exercise is working stability of the standing leg, the ability to transfer weight bearing through the lumbopelvic region and core stabilisation.
To progress this exercise, increase the weight, increase the speed of the movement, or perform perform it as a small throw / drop of the weight. However, the focus is on the quality of the movement.
