21. Mat Stability Int/Adv
- Align the spine into neutral and engage the deep abdominals.
- Float one leg to tabletop, hold briefly, then follow with the other leg.
- From this double tabletop position, roll up to the abdo prep position. Place the hands on the right knee, as shown. Then reach the left leg long away from the body.
- Alternate sides.
