70. Pilates Combo Chair Standing
- Stand facing the side of the chair, both hands to one side on the seat of chair, shoulders parallel with side of chair.
- Feet to the back of pedals, outside leg lifted away from body to side.
- Spine in rounded position.
- Exhale to shift weight into the hands and press the torso toward the ceiling- as you lift your body up, lift your outside leg higher (away from body).
- Keep shoulders parallel to edge of chair.
- Inhale to lower.
