Side lying double leg lifts
21. Mat Stability Int/Adv
- Lying on your side and with both legs straight and very slightly in front of the midline; you may use your top arm to help balance or rest on your top hip
- Engage your core and try to create space for a small marble between your side waist and the mat
- Maintain this space as you lift both legs of the floor keeping them together and straight
- Try to lift a little higher than hip height
- Lower them down with control
- Repeat x 10-15
