- In correct alignment, engage your core
- Roll the pelvis back and peel the spine up one segment at a time to rest on your shoulder blades; hold this position and reach one leg long, as shown, keeping the pelvis level and stable
- Hold 3 sec and then shift weight across to the opposite leg, hold 3 sec and then gently peel the spine back down to the mat
- Repeat
