33. Functional Upper Limb Retraining exs
- In standing, hold onto a band in the effected arm.
- Gently pull back on the band to engage the posterior shoulder muscles.
- Now raise out to the side as far as you can without pain.
- Return to the start position
- Repeat 3 x 10
You should eventually be able to raise the arm with less and less force on the band to clear the pain.
