42. Stretch/Mobilisation Spine exs
- Lay onto your side with the elbows bent and the hands behind your neck.
- Slowly roll back one segment at a time, starting with the head.
- Gently push the top knee into the bottom knee, ensuring that your pelvis does not move.
- Now roll back to the start position in the reverse order.
- Repeat for 1-2 mins and then change to the opposite side.
