Springs (med)
- Sit, facing away from the springs with knees bent an upright trunk and arms outstretched, holding onto the straps
- Engage your core and pull back on one of the straps, bending your elbow and rotating through the trunk
- Return to the start position, maintaining an upright trunk and then repeat on the other side
