65. Pilates Reformer Seated
- Sit, facing away from the springs with knees bent an upright trunk. Hold onto the straps, with your elbows bent to 90 and at shoulder height.
- Engage your core and keeping your elbows in the same position, rotate the shoulders backwards, bringing the hands up towards the ceiling.
- Return to the start position, maintaining an upright trunk and correct shoulder posture.
- Repeat.
