65. Pilates Reformer Seated
- Sit upright on box with feet resting either side of the box on the carriage.
- Hold onto the straps, palms facing each other with your elbows bent – creating a half circle with each arm.
- Engage your core and maintain your spine in neutral.
- Exhale to bring your fingertips together and creating a full circle with your arms as if you are hugging a tree.
- Inhale to open your arms, returning to the start position.
- Repeat.
