31. Functional LL Retraining
- Start sitting in a chair with a band secured around both ankles.
- With the leg targeted, flex/bend the hip in a controlled manner, trying to keep the knee at the same angle.
- Slowly and controlled return to starting position.
- Perform ……….
- This should be felt in the quadriceps (front of the thigh)
- The band can be placed around both feet as a variation.
