65. Pilates Reformer Seated
- Sit upright on box with feet resting either side of the box on the carriage.
- Hold onto the straps in front of your forehead, creating a diamond shape with your fingers.
- Engage your core and maintain your spine in neutral.
- Extend your elbows out in front in-line with the straps (the straps should run just above your shoulders), keeping the diamond shape with your fingers and then bend your elbows, returning to the start position.
- Repeat.
