31. Functional LL Retraining
- To work the right gluteal, balance on the right leg. Ensure the knee is in correct alignment, and the buttock muscle is working on the standing leg.
- Lean forward into a running pose balancing on the right leg, and move the back leg forwards and backwards, keeping correct spinal alignment.
- Continue for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then repeat on the left.
