06. TMJ exercises
- Place your fingers at the front of the TMJ just in front of the ear and rest your tounge against the back of the top row of teeth.
- Practice opening your bottom jaw as far as you can, without allowing the jaw to push forward and without allowing the condyle of the TMJ to push forward into your fingers.
- If you experience clicking, stop just prior to the click.
- Repeat 2 mins in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth
