64. Pilates Reformer Standing
- Place box at end of Reformer and stand facing backwards
- Using strap closest to you pull the carriage all the way up and place your inner foot behind the shoulder pad
- Let the strap be loose but don’t let it go (your back leg should be doing the work, not your arms)
- Keeping your core engaged and weight on front foot sink down into a lunge as far as possible and then drive through front leg to return to standing
Variation to add in pulses at end or midrange; or alternate with a lunge
