65. Pilates Reformer Seated
- Sit upright on box with feet resting either side of the box on the carriage.
- Hold onto the straps, palms up, elbows bent to 90 degrees.
- Engage your core and maintain your spine in neutral.
- Extend your elbows out in front to shoulder height and then bend your elbows, returning to the start position.
- Repeat.
