31. Functional LL Retraining
- Start sitting in a chair with a band secured around both ankles.
- With the leg targeted, extend this in a controlled manner.
- Try to achieve full extension, but this may not be possible.
- Slowly and controlled return to starting position.

This should be felt in the quadriceps (front of the thigh)
