72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Start in a plank position with one hand on the chair seat and the other on the pedals
- Engage your core and set your shoulders
- Keeping the pedal arm straight bend the seat arm to lower yourself into a half push up position
- HOLD THIS POSITION and slowly bend then straighten pedal arm
- Repeat 8 – 12
