72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Start in a plank position with one hand on the chair seat and the other on the pedals.
- Engage your core and set your shoulders.
- Keeping the pedal arm straight bend the seat arm to lower yourself into a half push up position.
- Slowly straighten the seat arm to return to starting position.
- Repeat 8 – 12
