- Weight-bearing through the hands, keep the shoulder, hips and knees aligned (don’t let the hips drop).
- Slowly lower through the elbows and take your chest towards the ground.
- Try to keep your shoulder blades steady and not let them pinch together.
- Push back out to the start position.
- Repeat till fatigue.
