72. Pilates Combo Chair Prone/Supine
- Start laying on the chair, with the pelvis supported on the cushion and hands on the pedals.
- Push the pedals all the way down and straighten elbows.
- Keeping the elbow straight and trunk in neutral, raise the pedals, bringing the shoulder blades together.
- Now push down, spreading the shoulder blades to the side of the rib cage.
- Repeat.
