Posterior Cuff Stretch
41. Stretch/Mobilisation Upper Limb exs
- Lay on the side of the shoulder that you want to stretch, with the elbow and shoulder at 90 degrees.
- Drop the palm of the lower hand towards the floor and rest the weight of the upper hand on top.
- Do not force the hand down.
- Hold for up to 5 mins.
- If you feel pinching in the top of the shoulder you can roll the body backwards to open up the joint.
